SHIPPING-Currently we are offering Flat rate fee of $12.50 and Free for order's over $300.00  We reserve the right to change this as fee's change.  Please do not select free shipping unless your order is over $300.00.    Ups requires a very complete address. If it is an apartment then it must have the apt. number. If your address is a suite in a building, it must contain the Building name and suite number. Commercial and residential shipments have restrictions. A commercial shipment must have daily ups delivery. If incomplete or wrong address is supplied to UPS then additional charges may apply. These charges will be passed on to you. We do not ship to PO Boxes.   If you have any questions, just email us or use the feedback form to contact us.     We currently offer UPS ground shipping. We feel this is the most economical method available. We do however reserve the right to ship your package by whatever method we feel is best suited to your order and the time frame in which you wish to receive it.  We have your best interests in mind and we have recieved great compliments on our fast shipping.   Because we value your business we try to be flexible and accomodate all your special requests when it comes to shipping.   We understand you may have special needs for shipping your gifts to gift recipients. Please allow extra time for holiday order's. We pack orders in the order they are received. So make sure to place your order early in the day. Your box will require time to carefully package items for proper shipping.  If you desire a faster method than standard  ground service, please contact us in advance for an estimate of the delivery time and date to assure we can meet your request. Please leave your name and order number if we are not available to take your call and we will promply return your call.    Shipping rates apply to continental U.S. Only. Please inquire about other shipping arrangements for Alaska and HI. Foreign Countries. please contact us to see if we ship to your country. This will require additional shipping charges.  Damaged Packages: If your package should arrive with damage, please alert your UPS driver upon delivey if you notice the packaging/box has damage. If contents of package are damaged or broken, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve this problem.
